as the title said,I got a "failed running autoconf" error when emerge
avant-window-navigaror-extras

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge avant-window-navigaror-extras and this error happened


Expected Results:

I've fixed this myself with eva's okay (just checked unpack but it should be
fine).

This fix broke src_compile().  I believe the command should look like:

AT_M4DIR="m4" eautoreconf
