please find attached cppvm-ebuild.tar.gz containing cppvm-1.5.0.ebuild 
 
CPPvm is a C++ wrapper/addon for the PVM Parallel Computing Library. 
CPPvm allows processes to pass C++ objects to each other and supports the 
Standard Template Library. 
 
Additional Information to CPPvm can be found at: 
http://www.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/ipvr/bv/cppvm/ 
 
The only dependency of this ebuild is the pvm package. 
I suggest putting it into sys-cluster.
