The packages clthreads-2.2.1.tar.bz2 does not exist on its server anymore. The
maintainer has upgraded it to version 2.4.0. The file is at
http://www.kokkinizita.net/linuxaudio/downloads/clthreads-2.4.0.tar.bz2

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge libclthreads
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Emerge fails fetch.

Expected Results:  
Portage should attempt to fetch the file that exists.

fetches fine here, because we have it mirrored on gentoo mirrors. leaving this
bug open for normal version bump.
