Bugzilla Bug 217781

The update from 0.8.10 to 0.8.14 is trivial ebuild wise.  They now also provide
a .bz2 download, so that's the only change I made.  It contains some
compilation fixes that I have using GCC 4.3.0 on 0.8.10.

If you allow me, I can do the bump myself.

feel free to go ahead. Btw, does changing from .gz to .bz2 makes a significant
gain ?

As usual, file size and the related distspace/bandwith usage.  Not extreme in
this case, but well, it's a trivial change isn't it?
