sys-apps/pciutils-3.0.0 is built by default with shared libpci.so. libpci.a
required explicitely by pommed-1.16 is not available any more thus pommed fails
to  compile.

Is there a good reason why pommed is using static libpci.a instead of linking
against libpci.so (getting its location through `pgk-config libpci --libs`)?
