I'd like to submit scim-wijesekera-0.3.1.ebuild for the package
scim-wijesekera-0.3.1. This is an input method for a popular Sinhala keyboard
layout called Wijesekera keyboard. Developer website is
http://sinhala.sourceforge.net

I suggest app-i18n directory for this ebuild.
