Stabilize dev-util/kdesvn-0.14.1.

Adding relevant arches to CC. Please stabilize.
This version has been in for quite a while (almost half a year) without
problems (one recent (and pretty much the only) bug was caused by a new major
release of subversion with which it nonetheless works and was quickly resolved
simply by making config script accept the new version). Plus, there is an
actual user request.
