Hello arches,

dev-libs/libxml2-2.6.31 is a bug fix release (and a security fix one, but we
have that fix in .30-r1 already) that has been sitting in the tree, waiting for
some stabilization love, for 43 days. Please stabilize it. Mark the version
number, I might be adding a 2.6.32 bump to ~arch soon, that wouldn't be ready
immediately of course.

Actually bug 229709 superseeds this, not the security one. libxml2-2.6.32-r1
got p.masked due to breaking ABI and librsvg and strigi and whatnot. But indeed
there's a bug that requests a newer version stable, which is 2.6.32-r0

Whoops, the arches weren't meant to be readded to CC. I was first going to due
to 2.6.32-r1 not going stable, but later noticed 2.6.32 is already stabilized
for the rest but forgot to remove the arches from Add CC list.
