It seems that calls to QT4_BUILT_WITH_USE_CHECK="foo" 
fail whith Qt-4.4 installed (in the case of paraview
foo would be qt3support). Would it be possible to 
support QT4_BUILT_WITH_USE_CHECK in the eclass 
until <qt-4.3 is gone from the tree? For >=qt-4.4 this
function could just evaluate to NULL since the
dependencies should now take care of it. 

Otherwise I either have to remove this check from the
ebuild or add some "checking" code into the ebuild itself.

The problem reported above seems to be caused by 
the qt4 eclass when no x11-libs/qt-4.4.x is present
on the system. I've inquired about this at the
tracker bug.

Sorry, I didn't see this bug before, I updated x11-libs/qwt in bug #222703 some
time ago.

I've fixed stellarium, gebabbel, and vtk. I also mailed hanno a patch for
qlandkarte.
