dev-java/commons-codec/commons-codec-1.3-r1.ebuild  doesn't RDEPEND on
=dev-java/avalon-logkit-1.2*

Already committed to java-experimental.. Removing this dep significantly
reduces the amount of other packages pulled.  Grepped the source and
compiles/installs for me.

Reproducible: Always
