Description:   Opened: 2008-04-08 18:46 0000 
The patch is commented out in the current ebuild since it was not yet available
at the time of the OpenSSH release. The developer has since release an update
of the patch for OpenSSH 5.0p1 

It's available here:
http://www.sxw.org.uk/computing/patches/openssh-5.0p1-gsskex-20080404.patch

Please add the updated patch and uncomment the line in the ebuild.
