Compiling torcs with gcc-4.3.0 from portage gives following error:
games-sports/torcs 1.3.0 Complex.cpp:35:17: error: new.h: no such file or
directory

Reproducible: Always

This patch fixes the compilation of torcs with gcc-4.3.
