or 0.6.6 is fine by me too, for ppc, anyhow 0.6.4-r* needs to be punted from
tree because they are hardcoding =slang-1 dep.

adding release@ because of bug 210075

So what arches need to do this?  Shouldn't they be on CC?

Yes, they should. Because base-system seems unresponsive, CCing arches..

USE static failure can be tracked at bug 226649. Slang 1 left tree, old
partimage's with it, obsoleting this bug.
