Not strictly needed with current stable ocaml version. This is the camlp4 of ocaml 3.09* with a few bugfixes and since ocaml >=3.10 has completely reworked camlp4 and the way of using it, some packages needed the old one and thus camlp5 has been released as a standalone package.

This one will be needed to get ocaml >=3.10 stable and is currently used by a few ~arch ebuilds.
