Description:   Opened: 2002-04-27 09:46 0000
When I "emerge fte" without X support (i.e. "-X" in the USE variable), it
builds fine. But if I try it with X support ("X" in the USE variable), it
fails.
The script is on "http://sascha.silbe.org/fte.script.bz2".
Entire contents of the USE variable as specified in /etc/make.conf: USE="3dnow
acl -apm -arts -avi berkdb crypt -cups -encode gdbm -gif -gpm -gtk imlib ipv6
-java jpeg -kde libg++ libwww mikmod mmx -motif mpeg nas ncurses nls oggvorbis
-opengl pam pdflib png python -qt -qtmt -quicktime readline -sdl slang spell
sse ssl -svga -tcltk -tcpd tetex truetype X xml2 -xmms -xv"
My guess is that there's some dependency on the X headers missing. There's no X
server running on the machine, so the X package is not installed.
