Hi Andreas, Thanks for you bug report. Could you please re-emerge fftw with MAKEOPTS="-j1" and post the complete emerge log? Otherwise it is difficult to pinpoint the source of the problem. Thanks, Markus

Thanks! Unfortunately, I can't find anything in the logs that would indicate what the problem could be. Have you had a look at n1_11.o in libdft_standard.a and checked if it looks all right? Thanks, Markus
Hi Andreas, I also could not reproduce your failure even with your environment. I don't see how the wrong linking option "-Wl,libfftw3f.so.3" got generated. Anyway, I just updated the fftw ebuilds for other issues, and one of them is the configure script. So you might want to re-emerge it again once it hits the mirrors to see if it helps.
Maybe it is a problem with libtool, even though I don't quite see how at the moment. Best, Markus
