I added a bump to java overlay. I made it use system copies for
commons-httpclient and jdom but probably should check if they still need them
to be patched.

You can find in the bundled jar's manifest if there's a note about patching. I
check each version bump if filesize of bundled jar changed and then look at the
manifest. Sadly, the number increases :(

So the patched jars didn't change except commons-httpclient has the patch
updated :) So I used the same set of bundled jars as in 1.5.1. Itext and jazzy
are completely new system dependencies.
