Please keyword sys-devel/icecream-0.7.14 ~sparc.

Icecream is a replacement for distcc(based on distcc) but it has some nice new
features compared to distcc, eg: it takes the load of the nodes into account
when distributing jobs, not just simple round-robin...

Compiles fine, no test failures, no collisions and works really nice using my
two sparc boxes.
