7plus is a file encoder for the amateur radio packet radio network. It is supposed to compile on any Unix/Linux/Amiga/... (see 7plus.c), but I can only test x86-Linux. I have extracted the license statements from 7plus.c and will include them in a seperate file (attached). I believe 7plus would fit into the app-arch category, perhaps alternatively into app-misc. If it passes the tests, I would like to submit further ebuilds for amateur radio applications. I do not think that they would fit well into the available categories and would like to suggest a new category "hamradio", which might as well hold 7plus. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Gentoo Sound Team? This program is a file coder, something like uucode, and has nothing to do with audio...
Doesn't appear to be in the right place.
Added to portage as app-text/7plus. Thanks for the ebuild and bug report Robert.
