Please stabilize!

no ~arch for alpha/hppa/ia64/ppc64/sparc, so removing them from CC.

a) give us a reason why we should add ~arch or even arch. else we do so, when a
user requests so (a user who uses it - I don't see you saying it works on all
CC'd arches).
b) it's polite to ask if the package can go stable first. So that the
maintainer can decide.

Well, I use it, and it works fine! I'd like to have it stable on x86 and amd64.
BTW: To be honestly, I'm not 100% sure whom Markus means.
