app-office/gnotime has a runtime dependancy on dev-libs/qof and should thus
have dev-libs/qof in RDEPEND, not in DEPEND.




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gnotime
2. emerge --depclean
3. gnotime

Actual Results:  
gnotime: error while loading shared libraries: libqof.so.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

Expected Results:  
gnotime should start.

 And it seems libX11 is needed by gnotime but currently pulled in as a
dependency of pango (which is in RDEPEND)

fixed all deps issues (hopefully) in -r1. Note that I made docbook optional
through doc USE flag which makes man generation optional. I also reenabled
tests since they pass fine on my system.
