Bug 213740 – Please, stabilize net-libs/adns-1.4 and dev-python/adns-python

adns-1.1 is old and bogus. I've been using newer versions for long time without any problem.

Please, stabilize these:

* net-libs/adns-1.4: alpha amd64 hppa ia64 ppc ppc64 sparc x86

* dev-python/adns-python-1.2.1: amd64 sparc x86 (ia64, ppc and ppc64 may consider to go stable too)

Python herd, please, give your ok for adns-python.

Sparc stable for adns-1.4 and for adns-python-1.2.1.  All tests pass for adns.
