The 1.0.12 does not install .h and .so files properly. This is fixed in -r1.
Please stabilize.

yep, good idea.

this version will be needed for newer sox to go stable too, so I'm also adding
arches that have no stable but have a version of sox stable so that it'll be
easier when we'll want a new version stable.
