Description:   Opened: 2008-03-16 09:55 0000 
The gatt ebuild has an elog referencing a file named "TUTORIAL", and the
webpage mentions this document.  

However, there is no such file installed by the package, and as far as I can
tell it isn't located in the distfile either.

I'm guessing it is an accidental omission.  Looks like a neat tool though!

This is an error in the Makefile.in for the the dist target.  Fixed upstream, I
removed references from the ebuild, but won't fix it in the tarball yet or
patch it.  Or do you really need it?  The examples in the manual should be
enough, and the TUTORIAL file is based on
