Description:   Opened: 2008-03-15 20:14 0000 
inkscape-0.46 just in tree in ~ARCH has a missing dependancy of:
dev-python/lxml

while trying a number of inkscape functions (eg under effects) a popup... pops
up complaining about missing lxml

Reproducible: Always
