I would like to ask for the stabilization of:

dev-ruby/hoe-1.4.0        (in the tree since dec 2007)
dev-ruby/rubyforge-0.4.4  (in the tree since aug 2007)

Hoe and its dependency rubyforge are being used by more and more packages and
the currently stable hoe-1.3.0 is no longer sufficiently recent for many
updated packages.

both compile and install with no problems here.
