The mythweb 0.21 README and conf files direct you to the INSTALL file, but the ebuild does not install it. I think it could be solved by just adding INSTALL to the dodoc line in the ebuild. Also, that same dodoc line tries to install the TODO file, but for some reason it's not succeeding (it's missing from the /usr/share/doc/mythweb... folder).
