gnustep-libs/rigs-0.2.2.20050714-r1 fails tests, although it seems it's not
fatal since test phase doesn't die.

The failing tests look like bug #208643.

I'll probably ask for 0.2.2.20061009 stabilization instead in bug #207381, but
this one first needs some patching (some tests are GUI-based, and need user
interaction). That or adding RESTRICT=test
