- remove useless check for iomanip.h (deprecated and removed in 4.3) - iomanip
is already checked for by the line directly before.

- missing cstring includes

- changed first argument of main() in some of the examples files to int.  eg:

demo_info.cpp: At global scope:
demo_info.cpp:312: error: first argument of 'int main(unsigned int, char*
const*)' should be 'int'

i'll post this to the upstream ml, but AFAIK this project is dead. :/
