irqbalance does not create a pidfile. But in init.d/irqbalance a pidfile is specified. As the file is not needed to start and stop the service (I doubt anybody would run two instances of this service), the argument can be removed. (Using OpenRC specifying the file even is an error, as OpenRC checks for the existence after startup and lacking it, startup is marked as failed.)
