Sparc stable, looks like a clean update.  Repoman complains quite a bit about
the ebuild for  app-text/a2ps/a2ps-4.13c-r2.ebuild (MIPS related) and also
app-text/a2ps/a2ps-4.13c-r5.ebuild (both for unquoted variables).  I didn't
bother with fixing either of these.

app-text/a2ps-4.13c-r6 fails to compile on x86 as a result of Bug #216588.
Please apply same stpcpy and mempcpy patches that are applied to 4.14 mentioned
in that bug to fix.

Actual compile failure output that I get is almost identical to that shown in
Bug #217437 (dupe of #216588).
