Bugzilla Bug 211892

Warzone 2100 version 2.1-beta1 is out for two weeks now and I didn't find a
version bump request here. I think it might be useful to get more bug reports
for Warzone 2100.
I removed the obsolete optional ogg and mp3 switch and added the quesoglc
dependency.
A new quesoglc-0.7.0 ebuild has been already submitted by me to the already
existing bug 195096.

Are there any specific issues (besides fonts) with 2.1_beta1? The more we can
fix for beta2, the better.

Warzone needs RDEPEND=">=quesoglc-0.6 !quesoglc-0.7.0".

It fixes string encoding for non-UTF-8 locales, so that they can be rendered by
QuesoGLC.
