I've added ~ppc64 as it seems the test of sci-libs/amd fails due to changed
formating. the results itself are correct. see bug #213350

don't click on commit before you have actually commited it...

I noticed that I hadn't compiled sci-libs/umfpack with FEATURES=test so I did;
and it failed.

last comment might not seem as clear as I thought: I meant that umfpack fails
tests so I cannot add ~ppc64 yet. as umfpack is a dep of scipy I cannot keyword
this package.
