This says it all:

I know you guys have dealt with this in bug #207259 and bug #203513 but it's
back again. :)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-misc/xf4vnc
2. emerge net-misc/vnc
Actual Results:  
Packages collided at /usr/bin/vncviewer

Expected Results:  
It should've (perhaps) created an eselect profile, or the packages shouldn't
install together.
