Bugzilla Bug 210599

elog displays a warning about using "bindnow-flags" in ebuild:

"WARN: compile
QA: stop using the bindnow-flags function ... simply drop it from your ebuild"

I don't know how critical this is or if just dropping $(bindnow-flags) from the
src_compile() function is the correct course of action.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  emerge --update world or emerge postfix


Actual Results:  
Compiles and installs with no errors, but issues warning:
