forgot to reopen... I think this bug is not only related to dokuwiki, but also to squirrelmail and probably to other webapps too so maybe the problem is more related to webapp-config-1.50.16-r1

please set vhost_hostname to something that can satisfy the vhost_subdomain_3 substitution, e.g. my.example.com
