since the livecd is built with USE=bindist, and mplayer does exactly the same
thing for USE=livecd as USE=bindist, there's no point in having both ... just
drop the USE=livecd

Indeed.

This was done back before catalyst enforced USE=bindist and we were
(erroneously) building without it.

It can go now, for sure.
