Stable version of ydpdict is very old and doesn't support UTF-8 encoding.
The newest version (0.99.3) works fine, there are no submitted bugs.

Reproducible: Always

Both (app-dicts/ydpdict-0.99.3 and app-dicts/libydpdict-0.99.3) stable on
x86/amd64. The only thing is I don't have pronuciation samples, so tested
without them. Closing as FIXED.
