New build is out since late December, update is trivial. Lots of bug fixes
since 2.0.4 which is the last version in ~x86:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge imapfilter
2. only get old version
3. no step 3 :(



Expected Results:  
1. emerge imapfilter
2. latest imapfilter 2.0.9 is emerged
3. happy!


ebuild bump is trivial: simply copy 2.0.4 to 2.0.9 && ebuild digest && emerge,
works OOTB.

ebuild for 2.0.9

here is a modified ebuild for 2.0.9
it adds the dependency on libpcre (#205858)
and it also fix paths using configure
(previous ebuild was using sed and had wrong manpath)
