Description:   Opened: 2008-02-06 12:04 0000
The current kvpnc does not honor the parameter changes of vpnc >4.0 and is
therefore unusable.

Also on the homepage of the project it states version 0.9.0 is out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kvpnc
2. try to build up a VPN connection
3. timeout

Actual Results:
kvpnc only said "timeout"

Expected Results:
established connection

I am using CISCO protocol.

Will test 0.9.0 in my overlay and send the ebuild if it works and/or asked to.

Created an attachment (id=142821) [edit]
KVpnc 0.9.0 ebuild

I just renamed the 0.8.9 ebuild. compiles fine and is usable so far.

I've just bumped to 0.9.0. Please don't assign bugs, though, without reading
metadata.xml.

Adding voxus for possible further action.

I'm running 0.9.0 now and it seems to work just fine. Please...

Anyway, it might make sence to place a big fat warning about the new Use flag
"cisco" somewhere (or enable it by default).

Well, I think it's self explanatory, but yes, cisco should be enabled by
default I think. Most companies use Cisco VPN Concentrators, etc. right?

Fixed in the tree, cisco flag is enabled by default now.
Note i am smashing all bugs where kde is cced or as default assignee.
