The dev-db/sqlite keywords had been previously moved to ~mips, so
eix-0.9.9.ebuild was now breaking the tree.

Stable for HPPA. Moved eix-0.9.9.ebuild to ~mips.

ppc64 stable

Guys, it seems that the remote update function doesn't on x86 running under
root:

Not necessary: This is known and fixed in newer eix versions, see bug 211348.
Though I didn't try recently, I would guess that eix-0.10.5 is too old anyway
to read the database format on the server: People interested in the latest
overlay
data, should better install the latest eix (i.e. ~ARCH) anyway.
