Bugzilla Bug 208873

I was installing dev-python/optik today and during the emerge it reported a
file collision on /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/ez_setup.py.  After running
a "portageq owners", it says that the file is owned by both
dev-python/optik-1.5 and dev-java/java-config-1.3.7. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge dev-java/java-config-1.3.7
2.emerge dev-python/optik-1.5 (needs ~amd64 keyword)

Neither package should probably be installing this file.

Given how wearisome it is to run python-updater - it is dead slow in it's
current stable incarnation - repeatedly due to failing builds, it would have
been nice, if this bug would have been blocked Python 2.5 stabilization.

java-config fixed in java-config-1.3.7-r1 by removing ez_setup.py in unpack
