Compile test (for now)

I'll be needing this in next revision for media-sound/exaile, because it's able
to do Internet Streaming without gst-plugins-gnomevfs.

I didn't use neon yet for exaile-0.2.12_beta.. but will for 0.2.12, any chance
of doing this relatively soon (in next 2-3 weeks) ?
