Freeciv 2.1.3 was released on Jan 23th 08. Bumping the 2.1.2 ebuild to 2.1.3
works just fine here on my ~amd64 system.

Ebuild ofr Freeciv 2.1.3 with GGZ client support

I have written a ebuild for FreeCiv with GGZ client support (ggz-client USE
flag needs to be activated), see http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/GGZ

I don't actually know how to add ggz-server support
