alpha/ia64/sparc/x86 stable

Stable for HPPA.

verified stable on amd64 -- i was able to --config on the ebuild, check out the
subversion tree itself, create a new repository, add a file, and commit a
change to that file ...

I DID NOT TEST: apache integration, svnserve, anything else i'm not aware of
about subversion that isn't explicitly mentioned above. thanks!

There seems to be a serious issue with Subversion 1.4.6, Apache 2.0.56-r5 and
using -D SVN_AUTHZ.  Flip it on and it is segfault city; Apache will not work
at all.  Turn it off, and happy times are back again.

apache 2.0 has been masked for a month and is gone already, use apache 2.2

dev-util/subversion-1.4.6 compiles, installs, and merges fine. I tested the
svnserve part of it on  my personal repository for app-misc/supercat
development. It works fine. I also tested the client, which functions properly
