Description:   Opened: 2008-01-23 22:50 0000
It's over a month in portage, there are no open bugs for it - so please move to
stable branch (x86)

Reproducible: Always

------- Comment #1 From Wolfram Schlich 2008-01-24 00:25:05 0000 -------
Please note that dev-perl/Mail-ClamAV needs to be bumped
in order to compile with clamav-0.92 -- see bug #207166 :)

No, they just need to set its DEPEND correctly.

I'm getting tired of the above logwatch warnings relating to ClamAV, so could
somebody please have a look to stabilize this as requested two weeks ago.

------- Comment #4 From Andrej Kacian (RETIRED) 2008-02-08 18:29:36 0000 -------
Yes, it's about time. I have fixed the dep in dev-perl/Mail-ClamAV ebuilds, so
we're about good to go for stabilization.

btw. the postnote should mentioned to rebuild packages linked w/ libclamav.so.2
from previous versions

 * If you have upgraded from that or earlier version, it is recommended to run:
 *
 * revdep-rebuild --library libclamav.so.1
 *
 * This will fix linking errors caused by this change.

------- Comment #8 From Friedrich Oslage 2008-02-08 22:58:55 0000 -------
Tested =app-antivirus/clamav-0.92 on sparc.

compiles, test phase runs fine, has no collisions and works

Er, no. Bugs about packages should be assigned to package maintainers, not to
arbitrary arch teams.

Stable for HPPA. Closing.
