Description Fabrice Bacchella 2008-01-18 19:25:46 UTC
curl, even if compiled with kerberos, does not use it. The right parameter to use with configure is --with-gssapi=/usr, not -enable-gssapi.
An enable-ldaps is missing too.
The curl installed version is : 7.17.1(17:53:03 01/18/08)(-ares gnutls idn -ipv6 kerberos ldap nss ssl -test)
Comment 1 Daniel Black (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-04-01 13:53:22 UTC
oops. Thanks for the bug report.

I've fixed it in 7.17.1 and 7.18.1

Now i notice that if you enable both kerberos and ldap you get a compile fault in 7.17.1. At least its fixed in 7.18.1

I don't see a version 7.18, masked or not.

7.17.1 still doesn't work though.

No it doesn't and that's why there is that message.

I barely can remember what is wrong and I'm not going to put in a change to a stable package before I go on a holiday tommorrow.

Please use 7.18.1 if you require gssapi and ldap.
