There's nothing broken about the Manifest, it simply can't be downloaded any
more and needs to be removed. Please post the actual emerge output next time
because this is totally misleading description.

Thanks for the report, removed both beta versions since neither could be
fetched, and 9.0.115.0 is newer anyway.
