Looks like the change necessary is to not go to /var/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gtkhtml-2.11.1/work/gtkhtml-2.11.1 but /var/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gtkhtml-2.11.1/work/libgtkhtml-2.11.1/
eva, you broke it by removing S=${WORKDIR}/${MY_P} from the ebuild... :P
silly me, this is fixed again (ran a build with FEATURES="test stricter" for good measure)
