Version 0.6.2 has been in portage for more than 2 years. There are no open
entries in bugzilla.

The upstream website doesn't seem to be valid.  Is this package still supported
by upstream?  Does the maintainer want it stabilized?

well, it is unmaintained - but feel free to stabilize anyway if someone wants
